In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a right to return unwanted items purchased on line up to 14 days after you have received your purchases. You have an additional 14 days to return the items purchased to us.
If you are returning your order, please make sure you retain a proof of postage in the unlikely event that we do not receive your parcel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
The item must be in an unused, undamaged condition with any tags still intact. When we have received your returned parcel, we will inspect the item and refund you the price purchased and the cost of the original outbound postage within 14 days to the original method of payment.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know by contacting us on email@example.com or by calling 07469 181900. Please leave a message and i will return your call. We are very happy to replace or refund your order, a collection, and delivery if required will be arranged at no cost to yourself.
If you order a bespoke item to be made for you, the statutory cancellation rights do not apply, and a refund will not automatically be offered.
I would always prefer you are happy with your order, please call me on 07469 181900 so we can discuss any reasonable changes that you would like made. There may be additional costs to alterations depending on the amount of work involved.

A collection of the item will be arranged, and if appropriate a replacement bespoke item will be sent once it has been manufactured . You will receive an e mail with estimated times of dispatch.
You can purchase items on this website straight away by using Paypal or credit card. Any refunds will be via the same method as original purchase.
