  • What kind of Leather is used in your bags?

    We only use locally sourced leather hides for our handbags or repurposed equestrian tack.
  • Can I try out your products at the shop?

    Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, sadly our shop is temporarly closed, we will update this when things get back to normal.
  • How are your products made

    All our products are handmade by us in Cornwall.
  • An item I want is showing out of stock, when will you get more?

    Unfortunately, from time to time we do run out of items. We normally have more on backorder but as with all handmade products, they do take time to make. Feel free to contact us and we can give our best estimate as to when those items will be back in. We can also then message you the moment they become available again!
  • Do you offer a guarantee on your bags?

    Our bags come with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturers defects. If you have a problem with your bag please contact us and we will do our best to fix this for you. For bags outside of the 12 months, if there is a problem please let us know and we will do our best to resolve it.
  • Can I order a custom bag from you?

    Yes, we can customise any of our ready-made products or if you need something bespoke, then have a look at our custom design service page or just give us a call.

  • My bag's colour and shade seem a little different from the pictures you have up

    That's because each leather hide comes from a different animal and it's only natural for them to have some unique shade or tint. Remember it is real 100% genuine leather products? No fake stuff. Or the other way to look at it is each product has its unique look and feel.

Orders, Shipping & Payment

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Due to Covid-19 we are currently only delivering within the UK.

  • Can I track my order?

    As most of our products are made to order, there is no tracking system, we will update you via email regarding the status of your order, but please do contact us if you have questions.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We aim to get all in-stock orders out within 2 working days with the majority of orders being sent next working day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

    We expect UK orders to arrive within 3-5 days of dispatch.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards through our payment provider; Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay.
  • What are your Delivery Charges?

    If you are in the UK we offer free postage and packaging for all orders above £70. For all other orders, the delivery charges are calculated by the weight of the item.

Exchanges & Returns

  • My bag has a fault, what do I do?

    All our bags undergo strict quality checks but unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen. If you believe your bag is faulty, please email us on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with photos of the fault and your contact details and we will do our best to resolve this. Please note that we do not consider the natural markings that the leather features a fault.

  • I would like to return an item, how do I do that?

    Before returning any items please contact us so we can start a return process with you. For further information about our return process please visit the terms and conditions page.
  • My bag is too big/small, would it be possible to exchange it?

    We understand that from time to time, you may wish to return a product to us. This may be due to a dislike of the colour or needing a different size. You will be happy to know that we have a standard 14-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

    By law, if goods are customised we don’t have to accept returns, but you’re our customer, and we care, so we treat each issue with individual attention, so please contact us if your bag is a “custom or bespoke made” and we’ll see what we can do for you…. sometimes we simply apply a charge for returning a bag that has been customised with your own name or monogram, to enable us to make the alterations to the bag so that it can be sold as a reduced price item in our physical store.
